You see so many people around you in college, its unnerving. That hidden spark within each individual which might just make your zealous flame seem like a rather unfortunate and primitive combination of paraffin candles.
You see so many glimpses of your past life in every step, its frightening. The thought of what you have experienced; coming to life before you in every step that you put forward.
Replace you by I and do a simple grammar check and you are now me.
Befuddled (because I like the word) and also drowsy.
It's disappointing that judgement of character comes as a first step; rather than getting to know the person.
